SOCIAL BOWLS RETURNS

After an absence of nearly 3 years Social Bowls makes a return to Northcote Bowling Club for 2023, this time on Fridays during twilight hours. The "as seen on TV" format of BOWLS 3FIVE will be used. 

· Six week season starting Wednesday 13 January through to 17 February 2023 (with rain delay hold of 24th February), be there 5pm for 6pm start in the native bush setting that is Northcote Bowling Club (right beside Dudding Park).

·Teams of 3- Lead, Second and Skip- with unlimited substitutions allowed!

 (It can be hard to commit for 6 weeks).

·              No more than one Full Playing Club member per team and that player cannot Skip  

·              Matching uniforms encouraged (but not essential).

·              Bowls can be supplied by the club or own bowls may be used.

·              Weekly prizes and Championship prizes

·              Weekly raffles,  meals are available 

The FORMAT:

·              Two bowl triples - 3 players each deliver two bowls, per end.

·              Two sets of four ends. (Note: Our scoring details will be the Bowls3FIVE scoring).

·              First game 6pm to 7pm; second game 7pm to 8pm followed by a meal, refreshments and prize giving.
